Putnam
Propulsion Fills All 3 A-Mains at St. Roch
What an incredible week Putnam Propulsion team drivers and customers
had at St. Roch's 10th Annual International Classic Oval Champs.
It was nothing but Putnam Propulsion motors in every A-main
car in 1/12th Stock, 1/10th Stock and 1/10th 19 Turn!
Eric
Salvas lead the way with a sweep of 19t and Stock, and Kenny Roberts
TQ’ed and won 1/12. Steve Salvas (Stock TQ), Todd Putnam,
Pace Gendron, Steve Murray and Steve Peake also made the top 6 in
two classes. I can't thank our customers, supporters and team drivers
enough for accomplishing such an incredible feat. I can't think
of a major race since I started in 1985 where 3 A-Mains were totally
filled by horsepower from just one motor company! Thanks to all
A-Main participants for choosing Putnam Propulsion!
Special
Thanks to Amelie, Gerry, and the entire St. Roch crew for putting
on such an outstanding event. The attention to detail ranging from
a race program that is the most efficient I've ever witnessed, to
the custom painted infield every year (just like NASCAR), to the
incredible trophy presentation complete with podium, champagne,
trophies and bouquets of flowers... not to mention a concession
stand that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner … is absolutely
incredible. Thanks to the GRCSR club for giving R/C enthusiasts
such an outstanding event and facility. |
